Benefits of Massage Therapy

Massage therapy involves manipulation of the muscles and other soft tissues in order to relieve muscle tension, increase flexibility, promote relaxation and decrease pain. Massage therapy can be an integral part of your overall injury rehabilitation program or can also be an excellent form of preventative care for promoting stress relief and reducing the risk of muscle strains that can result from excessive muscle tone.
